 A:Yes, we are. We have valid TAC number from GSMA company. Our factory is located in Future Science City, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, with a production base of  2,000 square meters.

2. Q: How can I order sample?

A: Please send us your contact information and arrange the payment, the samples will be delivered within 5-10working days after payment received.

3. Q: How to use your device? 
A: Please insert a SIM card with 2G or 4G GPRS data and register the device with REG CODE on mobile APP, then follow the user manual to use it.

4. Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM? 
A: Yes, we provide OEM/ODM service as per your requirements and the MOQ for customization is usually 1000pcs.

5. Q: What payment method do you accept? 
A:  We accept payment by T/T, Trade Assurance on Alibaba, Western Union and Paypal(for sample).

6. Q: What is your warranty period?
A: We offer 12 months warranty period.

7. Q: What is the lead time?
A: Within 3 working days for sample order, 2-3 weeks for bulk order based on the quantity.

8. Q: What certificates do you have?
A: We have CE, RoHS, CCC and TAC for our devices.
